J\u2019ai effectu\u00e9 une 1\u00e8re&nbsp;reconversion&nbsp;professionnelle en devenant \u00e9ducatrice de Jeunes Enfants aupr\u00e8s d\u2019enfants en cr\u00e8che, puis directrice de cr\u00e8che. J\u2019ai toujours eu \u00e0 c\u0153ur dans ces diverses exp\u00e9riences de <strong>mettre l\u2019humain et la <\/strong><strong>relation au centre.<\/strong> C\u2019est d\u2019ailleurs cela qui m\u2019a toujours le plus int\u00e9ress\u00e9e et anim\u00e9e. Depuis une dizaine d\u2019ann\u00e9es, mon chemin personnel m\u2019a amen\u00e9 \u00e0 d\u00e9couvrir diff\u00e9rentes techniques et approches de d\u00e9veloppement personnel et corporel, comme la <strong>sophrologie<\/strong>, le yoga, la m\u00e9ditation, la Biodanza, la Danse M\u00e9decine et bien d\u2019autres. <\/span><br><br><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Toujours plus <strong>en qu\u00eate de sens et d\u2019alignement<\/strong>, j\u2019ai d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de me former \u00e0 la Sophrologie. J\u2019avais \u00e0 c\u0153ur de pouvoir accompagner les personnes avec cet outil qui donne <strong>des cl\u00e9s concr\u00e8tes pour se reconnecter \u00e0 soi<\/strong>, <strong>\u00eatre \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9coute des messages de <\/strong><strong>son propre corps<\/strong>, et pouvoir ainsi franchir des \u00e9tapes de vie, vivre des changements, traverser ce qui a besoin de l\u2019\u00eatre.
